I rarely completely quit a book, there have been a few I've let slip by the wayside which I will eventually pick up again, some from the start and others from where I left off. A book has to be terrible to make me stop as I've discovered a few books which started off really badly but then redeemed themselves a bit by the end. And vice versa, started off well but by the end I was skim reading to finish it.
To Kill A Mockingbird,An Inspector Calls,
Lord of the Flies,
The Alchemist's Cat (I think that was what it was called)
Macbeth
Twelfth Night
Abigail's Party
The Red Room
I've just bought seasons 1-8 of NCIS so I'm now part way through season 2 :) I'm also watching Killer Instinct and Dollhouse, the second one with my flatmate when she's around. I can't wait for the second half of Elementary to be out in the UK but I've got to wait 'til I get home as I don't have TV at uni, just DVDs and catch up.
I really like the film 'The Hunt for Red October' but I couldn't finish the book, it was definitely the worst Tom Clancy one I've come across. On the other hand, I enjoyed the book 'The Sum of All Fears' but the movie was lacking something. And in both cases I saw the movie first so I'm not sure if that really does affect every time (having said that, while the HP films are great films in their own right, I much prefer the book)And I've been watching the Lizzy Bennet Diaries too, I quite enjoy them :)
