i think it would be cool if he had the powers to make anyone docile/sleepy/ sluggish by the touch of a finger. The person becomes slow, their vision gets blurry, and they feel fatigue.

Another spell could be making the person go to sleep for at least 20 seconds.

Here are some ideas if you guys are struggling:

* A kid who always wanted to be a construction worker was reincarnated into a toy child with the powers to build anything at the speed of light with normal everyday objects. (includes weapons and anything else that can be built)

* A child that dreamt of being a teacher/Scientist (anything with a field of knowledge) was reincarnated into a toy child with the power to be very, very intelligent. (super smarts)

* a Child who wanted to be a musician was reincarnated with the melody powers (Controlling sound waves, singing/crying loudly until sound waves break things or maybe they use an instrument


* Child who wanted to be a medic was reincarnated into toy child with amazing healing powers.

okay so the background stories for toy children is actually kinda sad, her eit is:

Children who have lived a sad life and unfortunately die early are reincarnated as living toys with the professions they've always wanted to be since a child. Like for example, Nano.

Nano used to be homeless and unfortunately died in the streets from starvation at age 7 but always had the dream of being a pastry chef who could whip up any dessert. Now, she is reincarnated into a candy mage.
Kids who are brought back to life this way do not remember their past or the fact that they used to be once humans who died, they are also practically immortal and have no genders. (but can look like a specific gender)
