I only ever read Eclipse and Breaking Dawn because I watched Twilight and New Moon with my friends and wanted to see what happened after the cliffhanger ending of New Moon haha. I really enjoyed the books when I first read them but I strongly suspected I wouldn't like them as much as an adult so I wanted to preserve my positive memories of the experience of Twilight lol

I'm the exact same way. Once I start a book, I have to see it through. Even if it's complete trash I don't care how long it takes me my brain just has to finish it. Ugh.

Also I really can't bring myself to read Midnight Sun so props to you for even trying lol. I just know Edward's POV would be a no from me. Also I really don't get the hype around Erin Morgenstern. I've only ever read The Night Circus by her. I'm not sure if you read it but oh my god it was one of the most disappointing books I've ever read. I disliked it so much, so did my mom and mom nearly always overrates everything lol. I don't get why so many people like it. The only thing it has going for it is the setting in my opinion.
