Hehe, snake guts. Gross! And for me a little sad, since I've worked with snakes in the past, for years, and I love them. But since it was possessed I guess that's ok.

I am now at Dex's tantrum when they are all in the jeep and he stops it and storms off, where Maximus tells Perry about Abby ... foreshadowing much? I want to give him a hug and tell him I love him.

:-) I am good for something, sometimes.

So, I am at the part where Perry fell in the mountain and Bird saved her from the snake. It's a little more creepy the second time around, you think?

NO I REFUSE. *shakes fist at you*

Wait ... WHAT?! Little 15 falls for a Jacob? DID I MISS SOMETHING?

He does, then he doesn't, then he does ... it's like he is bi-polar or has multiple personalities ...

I don't have a clue how it all fits together ... I think maybe he is working with Pippa, but at the same time has his own agenda ... and there has got to be some sort of twist ... I just don't have all the info!

Ok so ... (view spoiler)[I am 99% sure he is one of the Jacobs mentioned in Old Blood. Remember they said they are all named Jacob. And his last name IS Jacobs, or Jacobson, or something ... AND if you read The Devil's Metal, there are hints dropped about the Jacobs in there as well, making the whole thing way to convenient. My 2 cents. :-) (hide spoiler)]

Of course! And I just got to the part where Perry is at the airport on her way to Red Fox, so I am not far in at all :-)

Interesting. I have different theories, but they only make sense after reading Old Blood. :-)

I know, we skipped BUT feel free to read it too. I am going to read all 3 novellas in one week. :-)

Nice! I am noticing that there really is a lot of planning that went into this series, with all the different layers and foreshadowing, it is making me appreciate the consistency of it all! And realizing I could never ever be a writer myself!

Ok, so I am a bit behind (just started this am) BUT I will be ready to start Red Fox on time dammit! :p
