Fisher smiled. He gave up and used one of his arms to give her a hug. With the other he pulled himself closer so he wouldn't be stretching awkwardly.

Fisher looked at Sarah again. He would have hugged her, but he needed both his hands to keep himself up. He took a deep breath. "For you."
Fisher looked up at Sarah. "But what if I do? I don't want to leave you!"
"I... I don't want to... I don't wanna die..." Fisher started breathing raggedly, like he always did when he thought about dying. "I don't wanna die..."
Fisher looked at Sarah again. Tell her, or not tell her? Gah, I can't fucking decide... He shook his head, looking down again. Another huge wave of pain washed over him and he collapsed. "OW... FUCK!" he said, falling to the ground.
Fisher looked at her again, then down at the ground. "...never mind."
