That is horrible! I could never be anywhere near one, let alone have it take residence in my bedroom lol

I would most likely die of a heart attack if such things were to happen to me! Thankfully I don't have to deal with those anymore!

haha! Yes those things look horrible! Though in all honesty, spiders are definitely the worst living creature of all time. I once didn't sleep in my room for a whole month because I lost sight of a huntsman and couldn't find it lol.

The weta. It's this huge looking insect they have here in NZ. Kind of looks like a giant grasshopper.

People keep talking about those, but I've never seen one, and I've been here 3 years. Maybe they're in other parts of NZ. Not sure

Yes I have some not very nice memories of when I was living back home, dealing with our beautiful country's creepy crawlies.

Oh there are! I'm mostly talking about the ants, cockroaches and SPIDERS! The biggest spider I've encountered since being here is the size of a M&M. No cockroaches to speak of. Also I actually cant recall seeing more than 1 or 2 ants. Back home they flocked everywhere, especially in the summer. Oh and they don't have snakes!

I joined GR a while back, and have been a member of this group for a little while. Just getting used to the whole thing I forgot to introduce myself.

My names Imogen, also known as Imy.
I'm an avid reader. LOVE my Kindle, maybe a bit too much. Born and bred in Adelaide, and as of a few years ago I now reside in Christchurch, New Zealand.(For the time being anyway). With my partner and 3 year old son.

Having a Kindle I religiously believe in Samples. Don't buy a book without reading the sample. That's my motto :)
Although I have come to realise they can be VERY deceiving. I also love reading and writing reviews!
