Shah,how did you, in Timbuctoo, come by all the cultural or historical details, as in, color of wallpaper, foods served, description of furniture, etc, that were included in the book? And also, during the actual writing process, did you have a list or collection of these many 'color/descriptive' details set out in advance of writing, that you intended to include somewhere in the text, or even in particular
parts of the book?
