THe people that say that maybe have their own problems too, and maybe they aren't sure about moving back and forth between countries. But you should be proud of where you're from, and if they make fun of you, then they don't deserve you as a friend.

I don't usually write in it whenever. I don't think id be able to keep an actual diary like every day, but I take it out and I'll write my feelings down because it helps me calm down, or not like scream at other people.

What do you do when you feel like that? When I'm upset I write in my journal and it usually helps, because then I don't feel as useless. But of course you can always to talk us because so many people are there for you and each other :D
