•We'll meet once a month and discuss one book per meeting. Officially meetings are from 12:00 - 1:00 pm. But we'll book the room for 11:30 - 1:30 to give people a chance to bring their lunch and eat it before the meeting starts. The last 10 minutes are used to choose the next book. The extra 1/2 hour from 1:00 - 1:30 is in case there's a really great discussion going and some of us want to continue the discussion.

•At each meeting, we'll choose the date of the next month's meeting, according to everyone's availability.

•We'll take turns being the discussion leader. That person has final say on the book choice. They are responsible for booking the meeting room for that meeting, obtaining reading group guides, preparing questions etc. Send a reminder email.

•We will try to always know what the next three books are. This gives everyone time to obtain the book and read it.
