Ivan’s comments from the Q&A with Dr. Ivan Rusilko group.

Each chapter had a song pre-destined for it that was personally relevant to the story being told within its pages. Songs can have a power like no other over our physical, mental and emotional selves. It can ignite a down pour of tears, elicit smiles or provoke a secret smile only you and that one person can share. Music was present for every letter written in TWD and the songs hold a special meaning to me that I will always hold on to.

TWD's journey was one of remembrance, nostalgia and eventually closure. Getting to relive every moment that made me who I am romantically again, both good and bad, was the reward in itself!

There wasn't one goal. There were many. They always say that before you die you need to write a book... glad I checked that off the list at 28 years old! And by specializing in female sexual health the ability to reach a new and budding demographic of readers was something that was icing on the cake.

Women in their thirties are said to be in their sexual prime... enough said ;) hheheheh

Afiya - Some authors say that the most difficult task in writing fiction is good character development. I think it's safe to say that I didn't have that kind of trouble when writing book Ivan because he is me. I will say that he's luckier in love than me because he gets the girl and I'm still looking for MY Jaden!

I love ALL women, but smart women completely trip my trigger. Smart is so sexy! My last 3 girlfriends have been brunettes, but at the end of the day, I'm an equal opportunity kind of guy.

Thanks for the quesiton, Kathryn. :) I hope to write more after Winemaker's! I have lots of ideas but right now I'm working on editing book 1 and then have book 2 and 3 still ahead of me...
