it's going to be about a week before i work on characters
sorry outside
going on vacation, and a two day travel there is fun.

so, for a long ass time?

outsider, were you looking for a specific species for Hades?

Tom glanced at Amaria as she mentioned Tom's name, then looked back at Oliver to see what he would do. Tom's eyes shot up almost as fast as Oliver did in response to their... questions. Tom sat silent, breaking eye contact from Oliver's body as he scolded the bunch. Tom just looked to the other side of the table, waiting for Oliver to finish his lecture. Tom them looked around the others after Oliver had finished. "I don't believe there will be any
objections then." That was directed at everyone. "I believe we can
start Oliver." He knew he shouldn't speak for everyone, but Tom never liked that he felt obliged to help resolve conflict along with Oliver.

Drew was happy that Celeste seemed happier, and a lot more relaxed than she was earlier. He was always up for brightening someone's day. "Oh, um, I take... Ummm-" Drew was lost in thought, trying to remember what he took since he was always dozing off in class. "-Conjuration, Egyptian history, math, swimming, Magical Arts history, and some others I can't really remember right now. What about you?"

Drew gave her a slightly confused look. "Well, now ya know... I guess." He smiled, "Truly it can't be that tedious or impossible. Here, I'll try-" He playfully knocked on her head. "Hey, voice in there. Shut the hell up for me, kay? Thanks." He stepped back, "See, not that hard."

Tom nodded to Oliver in agreement. He looked around at all the other house masters and members, realizing he'd only seen them all before like once or twice. One conclusion he immediately jumped to was; he was dressed far too formally for this event. Most of the others came in looking far too...slobish, while he was wearing a nice black and white fitted suit.
He nodded at Amaria, and raised his fingers in some pathetic attempt at a wave. "Afternoon." Tom said, almost immediately looking back in Oliver's direction. "Just curious; how long is this going to be?"

when you making persephone?

((If you're running out of things to say, want to move them elsewhere?
I can't see a non-awkward conversation continuing O_O))
Drew nodded. "Uh-huh. So... you were near a creature- notorious for having rabies! But you didn't even know that it had rabies?" He nodded, squinting his eyes. "I think that's why it attacked you." Drew added, "Tell it to shut up."

Tom entered the room several minutes after Oliver had, and he had no clue why he was even here. Though, Oliver had asked him to and that was enough to go on. He walked promptly to Oliver, not glancing at anything- well, not that you could really tell through his sunglasses- and not showing any emotion. He sat down right next to Oliver, muttering, "You owe me."

Drew smiled, looking down. "Racoons are assholes- suprised it even let you get close enough to it. Those things are hella packed with rabies." He slipped his hands in his pockets. "I thought you shut those voices out for the time being." He said, hearing the voices that seemed to have come back

ight.

Drew laughed, "Yeah, same. I always wanted one until that little bugger came and took my food. He leaned in a bit as she was murmuring. "Sorry, couldn't really hear that- I heard Big Billy. Is that like... the nickname of one of your cats?" He asked, confused.

yeah, i was wondering if i could claim lawful neutral?

Tom added, "I could probably start a drinking game with how much you say 'irrelevant.'" He paused for a moment, "I have a bad feeling about that house master meeting."

"Seems quite... Adventurous." Drew was kind of at a loss for words. It had been a while since he'd just stood around, talking to someone while jumping from topic to topic. "My cousin used to have a pet raccoon. That thing was the biggest a-hole I ever met. One time I was eating a nice peanut-butter sandwich, and the thing just came up and snatched it from my hands." He shrugged, "What can ya do with 'em?"

Tom glanced in Oliver's direction, simply just trying to get the guy he was probably closest to out of Void. "Meeting? Do you mean a date?"

"Oh, why thank you," said Drew, dropping his lips into an exaggerated frown-like state for a moment, while also tilting his head for a moment. "So, uh... Jelly, Muffin, and
Butterball?" He said, confused at what she meant. "How ancient?"
((Oh poop. Rip in Peace to your cats.))

Tom let out a light smile. "
He? Is this something business related- the meeting? Or, is it something personal?" He asked, nudging Oliver's elbow a bit.
As if a new wind caught over Tom, he snapped back into his emotionless self. "My apologies."

Drew looked down oddly at her hand, kind of enjoying their 'first greeting'. He shook her hand awkwardly. He felt like, at this point, this was a game and he forgot to save. "This is pretty much the same meeting we had the first time- instead there's cats and not ramen." He laughed. "You're too adorable- how old are your cats?"
