I 'come to' consciousness from a very different 'angle' to you. My understanding - after many many years.... is very briefly our individual 'ME' is the 'bed rock' from which our Soul can grow. To atain the true growth of our Soul we need to first bring True stabilty to our 'ME' - that for most of us - did get 'lost' and or fragmented in states of 'Fear' which at the time of 'Fear' 'ME' could not of itself 'move on'..... Hi There Steve - and Hello and warmest greetings to everyone. I'd like to ask a question! which is: What is the one question - for now - that we would all like to explore together? Together we could all go on a fabulous journey of exploration - and get to connect and know one another in a wondrously expansive enwholing way...... Anyone got a question that we can all connect with?? How about I put an idea 'in our pot'! What do we all think or beleive it is to be Conscious? Maybe I need to ponder on the actual question being lets say more succinct!! All Love to you All ...Sally xx

Stephen and Everyone Hi There.... Aren't 'socks' just Grand - to 'laugh our socks off' to be humbled to our socks, awed to our socks... I am Awed this very moment - most every moment by you all - & by You Steve. Ain't life Grand! The Intelligence of it all - and we together are pioneers - along side and standing on the shoulders of many Great Giants - connecting together...in some ways we've only 'scratched the surface' and my mission (!!! I ain't a missionary!!!) is to end all suffering. So Steve, I read somewhere you saying, excuse me paraphrasing you, the answers we need are within us! woweee... this has been my understanding most of my life. Dan Millman, James Redford & others are great inspiring writers - yet they would have us think that we need to travel to other countries to find our 'self' to become more & more Conscious. Forgive me but Bull^^^t. We find our 'self' inside our own inner worlds. our 'self' is there where ever we are, waiting to be found and brought into Consciousness.... And there are our 'socks' again - we can 'pull our self 'up' by our own socks' out of the 'grime' of our suffering with the Right help from one another. You see, when our psychological - emotional problems arise, as Dear Dr Rossi says: Don't let it escape... stay with it, don't attempt to 'send it away' with analysis, suggestion, diagnosis, medication, find a space to be able to stay with it - because within our 'pain' we discover there the part of our self that became lost..... I so hope I make sense to you all.....Please contradict me - I'd love to hear from you. All Love to you all & to You Steve...You are Great....Sally

Stephen, Oh YEAH... I was going to come to this one - that will round it all up nicely! What does everyone think about: The more we become Conscious - the less and less and less accidents there will be! (please excuse my grammar... I got a bit excitedd there!!) It's a huge an exciting subject for me. So, for one thing - the more Conscious we become - the more we develop a heightned sensory accuity - which can enable us to not be bounded by time and space as we 'mostly' understand it in our overall development. However Einstein himself has given us the maths already to enable us the understanding we need. And I beleive that to 'change the world' as we together move towards a more fully Conscious state - we cannot be 'arm chair' theorists, or we will be scoffed at. We need a solid base in Science..... I'll stop now!! Or I could be hanging in with this discussion ALL DAY & NIGHT!Thank you as always Stephen you Are Great... your thoughts 'fire' me.... Sally

Hi There Everyone... I am so Delighted to be invited by Steve to join you all. Steve you are "Great" thank you. I am Sally, I am a Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist (not the Traditional type of Hypnotherapy generally practiced in the UK)since 1982. I have a plan for us to cure all psychological and emotional problems in my lifetime. Which we can do. I beleive that all illnesses are either Psychosomatic and are therefore eventually curable, the more 'conscious' we all become. And that every illness has a Psychological 'drive' - which, when accessed can & will ease illness. We've got loads of Work to do! I look forward to the Work with a sense of Wonder.
