Seriously, I'd like to know how she handled having her periods and the switch from pads to things with tapes. You probably answered it in the book, but I've always been interested in how people sent back in time would deal with things like that. For example, she hasn't had the training in manners that would mark her as a lady. She would want to walk differently than a proper lady and probably be quite a sight in a bustle and corset. And goodness, the underwear!
