Phoebe was down in the lounge room watching reruns off Buffy,odd right,she found it amusing to watch shows hos actors portrayed vampires.She was in grey jeans,a baggy sweater,and bare foot,her blond hair up in a stylish bun.

Personality-Phoebe is as very outgoing wild child girl with a passion for fun and fashion.She express herself through her clothes and hair style which is why she is so outgoing.She is very loud and artistic as well as being loving and gentle.She is a bad girl gone wild on Friday nights,boys are her primary target when it come to having fun.She loves experimenting with both genders,so if she is with a girl she tamps into their mind to know things about them as well as men,but hey,men see what they want and go after it kind like Phoebe does.

History-Phoebe is the youngest of three children,so therefore she was given more attention than her older siblings,so when she turned vamp she left her home and came to the Academy to further enhance her powers to help her family and friends,but she slowly forgot about them as she was away from home,her family even forgot her,so she just stayed at the Academy and made new friends and a new family whom she would protect at any costs.She is very trusting to her new friends,so if they break her trust she will not be so nice.
