Before we get started with the questions, I'd like to welcome everyone and encourage you to introduce yourselves. I'm Chris Profeta, and I teach writing at Macomb Community College and Davenport University. I've had various works published in the Foliate Oak online literary magazine, one of which was nominated for a Pushcart Prize. I attended school at Wayne State University where I was awarded two Loughead-Eldridge Scholarships in Creative Writing, and at Michigan State University where I was a winner of the Jim Cash Creative Writing Award. I live in Clawson, MI with my wife and two kids.
