Lily sat quietly, waiting for her turn. Long wavelike patterns adorned her face, starting at her fore head and going down around her eyes and over her cheekbones, but printed in black and white, bringing out the color of her eyes, witch had decided to be a dazzling blue today. similar patterns adorned her shoulders and arms, starting as thin lines at her collar bones, accenting them greatly. Her hair was pulled into the standard side french braid, with strand of black and white thread pulled through it. A small white hat sat on the side of her head where the braid started, and a small black spotted veil of lace that resembled the wave pattern fell down across one eye. her dress was strapless, and was very .... different from what most people had seen. It was a Victorian style black and white dress that fell wavelike and ruffled in the front and came strait down in the back. A large ribbon fastened around her waist and stopped in the back as a large metallic black bow. As she moved and ruffled her dress slightly in her seat, it appeared to be a series of black waves moving over her. small leather gloves that covered her entire hand but the bottom half of her palm clasped together. when she extended her fingers and looked at them, they seemed long, thin, and pretty, but one glove was black while the other was white. High-heeled Victorian boots dominated by white with black accenting it underneath the log dress. On her exposed back in between her shoulder blades where the waves were about to meet sat a black and white full moon. the direction of all the waves on her body pointed towards this moon, and fell towards it. The one piece of jewelry she wore was a small white bracelet on her black gloved hand, her item from her district, witch her dress was based off of, for the charms were a wave and a moon that matched the ones that adorned her. Her eyes flickered about the audience, whose attention was placed on the tribute being interviewed. Her eyes moved to the screen where she saw a young man carrying a net full of fish, where she recognized a good friend of hers from district four. Huh, well some one likes him, good for him.

Age (Between 12 and 18): 13
Appearance: small, agile, not very strong, but she is great at martial arts. that does include judo. She has long wavy brown hair, but most of the time she wears her hair in a side french braid. skinny, hazel eyes that can't decide whether they are green or blue, she is REALLY good at swimming and climbing.
Personality (Must have at least 1 flaw): She can't stand to see others cry, she just goes along with them and starts bawling. She is really nice to others, no matter who they are because humans can heal<3 tho that has gotten her into trouble before......
Best weapons: a small trident, or short sword or bow and arrows. very good at trapping things.
Other: she is also very flexible <3
