"Hey! Alice is a phycopath!" Jamie said with a laugh.

"Thats a pretty name," Marcus said softly, looking her in the eye.

"I'm Marcus by the way," he said with a cute little smile that melted people's hearts.

Avery grinned, "I guess so," she said, her eyes shineing brightly. "See you later Damon," she said before hurrying into her classroom.

Marcus nodded, "Okay," he said. An overprotective brother? This just got more interesting he thought to himself. He always liked it when there was a challange.

Macus chuckled sexily, "Well thanks. Oh, and what did you mean that your brother would be a problem?" he asked.

Avery nodded, "Yup. Ever need math help, I'm your girl."

Avery laughed, "Yeah...its not," she said as she walked beside him.

Marcus smiled charmingly at her, "You know, I was a little surprised you said yes to hanging out," he lied. It was obvious she would have said yes. "But I'm glad you did," he said while looking her at with his gorgous blue eyes.

"Nope," she said with a shake of her head. "Whats you next class, by the way?" she asked.

Marcus smiled when he saw that Liz was in his class. He went and sat next to her, "Hey there beautiful."

"Yup," she said, smiling back. "I'm pretty good with numbers,so I help kids in the one we were just in," she said before shutting her locker.

Marcus walked into his next class, which happened to be with Liz.

"Advanced Math," she said. She was at her locker and was in the process of switching books.

Avery smiled, "See you later Elizabeth," she said before giving a delicate wave and walking towards her locker.

Marcus walked out of the classroom, a group of girls following him. "See you later," he said suductivly to Liz as he passed.

Avery looked between the two. She was surprised Liz would actully fall for Marcus. Avery thought Liz was smarter than that.

Marcus picked up the paper on his way back. When he sat down he opened it and read it with a smile. Of course he knew she would go out with him. Everyone did. Marcus smiled cutely at her.

Marcus got up to 'sharpen his pencil.' As he passed by Liz he dropped a note on her desk.
You look new. Wanna hang out sometime? I could show you around.

Avery did her work quietly, trying to ignore the fact that Marcus had walked past her.

"Whatever. Its in the past," she said, looking away. This is one of the few subjects she absolutly hated getting on.

She sighed, "I hate to say it, but he did. He gets to everyone, even some of the guys."

Marcus sat down easily into his chair. He smiled charmingly over at Liz, not giving a shit that Damon was right next to her. Fresh meat, he thought to himself.

Avery looked over at Damon. At least she has someone to protect her... she thought. When she had fallen for Marcu, no one had been to help her.

Just then Marcus came into the room.
"Marcus! Your late again," the teacher said with a scowl.
"Sorry. I had...something to do," he said. There was a faint lip stick stain on his neck. As he walked past Avery and Liz he gave them a sexy wink.

"Speaking of the Devil," Avery muttered, although there was a slight blush on her cheeks.
