General Appearance: 20-ish, dark wavy brown hair, soldier stature, blue eyes, light tan

Size: Maybe 6 foot, not sure

Personality: Flirty, outgoing, leader, sarcastic, serious, sometimes a little childish, loves to have fun, goes for both men and women.

History: Captain Jack Harkness was the alias adopted by a Time Agent and con man from the 51st century who became an associate and occasional companion of the Doctor. He was made reluctantly immortal by the Bad Wolf entity and stranded on Earth from the mid-19th to the early 21st century. During much of that time, he worked for Torchwood Three until its destruction in 2009. He left Earth in 2010 and did some soul-searching. However, he returned to Earth in 2011 when Miracle Day spread across the world. Jack decided to stay on Earth afterwards and establish a new Torchwood team.

Psychology: Out for revenge on the Time Agents, con artist was probably the best way…and fun. He loves to play, messing around even at serious times, he knows how and when (and when NOT) to lead. So true, i've only seen the second once in the doc who special (the five doctors) where all first five are brought TOGETHER, loved it. Even teamed with The Master at one point.
