Here's the link to the blog which explains the importance of forming critique groups http://wgfec.blogspot.com/ This is especially important for you during this first stage of writing, to help you to write the best book possible. Other's can help you to know when you're off track, if something doesn't make sense, where you're missing commas, things like that.

Once you have finished writing and polishing your manuscript, you can move on to formatting and publishing, but this is the first step.
