We had 2 chickens for a while when we were growing up Lotte. My dad would bring home off the wall things sometimes. He brought a goat home, and we lived in the city, he also brought home a pinball machine from a bar. Never knew what he would come home with.

I wouldn't worry about your sister much because a lot of people don't understand. I read to get away from life and YA is a good getaway. Not as much sex and language and many times there is a good lesson to them.

This weekend has been nice here Sylvia. Tennessee has wonky weather. It can be 30 in the am and 70 in the afternoon. Never know what to wear at work.
