That's fantastic!! Love hearing that you managed to get pulled into the story. Sometimes it's all about persevering through.

51477 Finished Guilded Secrets by B.C. Morin and Caraval (Caraval, #1) by Stephanie Garber which I really enjoyed. In the middle of Uninvited Living Loved When You Feel Less Than, Left Out, and Lonely by Lysa TerKeurst and going to start Legendary (Caraval, #2) by Stephanie Garber and maybe finally The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern which has been on my list forever...Caraval has inspired me.

51477 Okay I finished off a couple of books including,
NeuroTribes The Legacy of Autism and How to Think Smarter About People Who Think Differently by Steve Silberman which was insightful yet so bogged down with so much information
A Court of Wings and Ruin (A Court of Thorns and Roses, #3) by Sarah J. Maas which was a massive let down especially after how amazing book 2 was.
I'm halfway through Bane (Sinners of Saint, #4) by L.J. Shen and absolutely loving this even though I didn't really think I would cause I didn't much fancy Bane from the previous book in the series but now I love him faults and all.
I also started reading A Court of Frost and Starlight (A Court of Thorns and Roses, #3.1) by Sarah J. Maas and am quarter of a way in and I don't know what the point of this novella is...ugh so frustrating.

Oh wow, Jenny...nice haul you have there. I too wouldn't know where to start. Love it.

I felt the same, giving ACOWAR 3 1/2 stars. It didn't have the same vibe and ACOMAF and I wish it did. Anyways, still curious about whom Maas will be writing about next in the series since Feyre's story is over.

Yeah, too much angst really sets me off in a bad mood. I often need to read some fantasy to get over it.

I never read this series just for the fact that I knew there was cheating in it. I'm not a fan of that either. Good to know that I'm not missing out on anything lol

I’m thinking about getting that series too because. The duet is the first time I’ve read anything by her and I loved it.

51477 I've finished Scandalous (Sinners of Saint, #3) by L.J. Shen - least favourite book in the series and I finished this amazing duet Transcend (Transcend Duet, #1) by Jewel E. Ann Epoch (Transcend Duet, #2) by Jewel E. Ann in 2 days. If you haven't read this story by Jewel E. Ann than I highly recommend you do. Go into it with an open mind though and hopefully you will be hooked, just like I was.

Good to know though that you still enjoyed it. I can see why having the write voice narrating a story can really make or break a book.

I might check them out. I'm a mood reader so I do tend to read all over the place from one genre to another.

She definitely has a way with writing and hooking you in. I think she is unapologetic in her play on words and I like that very much.
