Writer's Block

I don't know what to write
I don't know what to do
The words are stuck in my brain
They just won't come out.
Well, at least the won't come out
In a way that flows
A way that sounds
As poetry
Or any good paragraph
Or even a chapter,
An entire book.
I really hate writers block.
Who wouldn't?
It's terrible
And frustrating
And I'm sick of it.
Wait.
Hold on a second.
How many lines is that?
Why, it's an entire poem.
Not a good one,
Of course,
But it's a start.
Hey.
Maybe I don't need
Magic medicine
Or a huge inspiration.
I have this poem,
Which shows that
Maybe,
Just maybe,
I'm not completely hopeless.
Or maybe I am...
