I read in Ian Rankin's newsletter that the two of you had a chance to sit down in October to just visit for a bit. Are you able to spend much time with authors whose work you enjoy reading, who are fans of your work, or are just friends in general?

How often do you get a chance to talk with fellow authors that you enjoy reading, who are fans of your work, or just are friends in general?
