Hey does anyone live in florida?

I have trouble if a book is to short I feel kinda ripped off. I want details and character that are developed fully.

I read it. I just can't get into short stories.

Has anyone read the Rip Van Dyke series. I'm not sure if it is a series or not since there are two of them. It was by Kate Mclachlan. Anyway I read both of them I am going to looking out for anything that this author writes from now on.
