45049 Great question. To go with your original language, I like speculative warning (like Handmaid's Tale) and straight up, futuristic dystopian like the Hunger Games.

I do find it interesting that so much of today's dystopian fiction is aimed at the Young Adult market (or is it that that's the most popular of the dystopian?). As a parent, I kind of wish it wasn't. But, I guess that's just me being curmudgeonly.
45049 If it's just adding the new books and responding to suggestions, I could do that.

I am seeking reviewers for my dystopian thriller, Life First. If you are interested, please send me a message via Goodreads. I have pasted the book description and link to Amazon's sample chapter below.

Strong-willed Kelsey Reed must escape tonight or tomorrow her government will take her kidney and give it to someone else.

In this future forged by survivors of pandemics that wiped out 80 percent of the world’s population, life is valued above all else. In this era of “Life First,” the mentally ill are sterilized, abortions are illegal and those who refuse to donate an organ when told are sentenced to death.

Determined not to give up her kidney or be sentenced to death, Kelsey enlists the help of her boyfriend Luke and a dodgy doctor to escape. The trio must disable the tracking chip in her arm for her to flee undetected. If they fail, Kelsey will be stripped of everything.
