The audio was nice because Barbara Kingsolver read her passages, her husband read the articles that he wrote, and her daughter read her sections of the book. A ton of information in this book - I definitely need to re-read or at least visit the website to check out the "seasonal" recipes! Ms. Kingsolver, at times, came across to me as preachy, but she opened my eyes to healthier eating. I'm going to try to visit area Farmer's Markets this summer and fall to get the best of local produce! Yay!
