Let's read The Joys of Love by Madeleine L'Engle for our March 18th discussion to be held at the Scotland Library. Copies of the book can be obtained at both libraries.

A Tale For the Time Being by Ruth Ozeki
Aviator's Wife by Melanie Benjamin
Bowman's Store: A Journey to Myself by Joseph Bruchac
Daughters of Mars by Thomas Keneally
Once There Was A War by John Steinbeck
One Summer: America 1927 by Bill Bryson
Shipping News by Annie Proulx
Swerve by Stephen Greenblatt
The Things They Carried by Tim O'Brien
A Town Like Alice by Nevil Shute
Call The Midwife by Jennifer Worth
Longest Ride by Nicholas Sparks
Mudbound by Hillary Jordan
Seamstress by Maria Duenas

Of these, I have read A Town Like Alice (one of my favorites) and Call the Midwife. The PBS show is based on this book. The other three are strongly recommended by Canterbury Library patrons.
