Madame Tussaud A Novel of the French Revolution by Michelle Moran
Book: Madame Tussaud: A Novel of the French Revolution by Michelle Moran
Rating: 3 stars
Completed: 09.30.12
Review:
It's the first time I read a historical fiction where the story follows an actual person that existed. Normally the principal character would be fictional and his environment would take part of actual events, but to see things through a real person POV when the author has in reality no idea what this person might have been thinking or feeling, well, it felt wrong to me. I know it's fiction but it just felt wrong. Putting that aside, the story wasn't bad, I liked it at times.

I'm sorry Laura, but I can't find the abandoned shelf for deadlocked. Don't forget that the shelf should be on the first page of the book's top shelves.

Review:
I really liked this, maybe not has much as the first, but I liked it nonetheless. As much as I personally think that this adventure was pretty much for nothing, it only created a sort of detour, I understand that it was necessary for the conclusion of the series. I also thought the author added some complicated romance for no real purpose. I also wish we would have seen more of Leon.

Sorry if some sentences don't make too much sense, but it's 4:36am and I'm falling asleep on my keyboard. Why am I still awake? because I felt compelled to finish the book this night.

Review:
This was my first western book and I really liked it, surprisingly. I liked seeing things from Eli Sisters point of view and I must say the author did a great job describing their personalities, to the point where I believe that once upon a time, they could have existed. I also felt pity toward Tub, Eli's horse, and it hurt my heart to see him struggle.

To my knowledge, there is no rules against changing books, so go ahead and read Only the Good Spy Young.

Review:
At first, my interest was at his lowest when I read the book description, but I must say, I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it. I really liked the characters and the adventures they had. The only thing I didn't like too much was the "DNA history" and the fact that the story took place in a very short period of time. Can't wait to read the next in the series.

This one, I recommend.
