Ok that is a really boring question. My signature dish is this Veg Pasta thing. It's zucchini, tomatoes, onions, garlic, basil and red pepper flakes sauteed in olive oil and then some chicken stock. You put that over pasta with salt, pepper and TONS of parmesan cheese. It's delicious and I'm pretty sure I already told you about it once before.

I'd say my cooking skills are just OK. Not crappy, not great.

But I don't really like to to cook so that's why I don't participate in the discussions. It's more of a chore to me.
