i know right? it was really scary! Jenny was so dehydrated i think she might have been a little bit hysterical. her goal time was 20 min. based on the morning time trials, and she got 21. she was so upset and crying and throwing up! i was like "Jenny, you did great, you beat me and you didn't walk!"
i did walk by the way. i'm embarrassed about that, but the course kept taking us so close to the finish but not letting us end! it was awful. to put it simply.
if you guys don't mind, i can go on about this for another paragraph or two, but i'd probably bore you to death if you don't run XC. i seem to have that effect on people! :D

it's ok! did you know at about the same time you posted that, Jenny and i were running at a cross country meet? 2 1/2 miles in 105 degree heat! not good, we got so dehydrated that by the end of the race, we weren't even sweating there was so little water in us!

lol, i did! to be sure! there were lots of high school girls there that i look up to, and seeing as i am entering that phase, i must have connections!
