i think that Jem have to be asian,and i think "Henry Lau" (k-pop Idol) fits perfectly as Jem ,he can speak english,he can also play the violin and he is Taiwanese-Hong Kong Canadian so he speakes Mandarin Chinese too,not that onley he also looks amazing with Blonde hair so he can pull silver hair perfectly , google him ,i mean he is perfect he have all the Jem qualities.
