36561 The Saw movies are just disgusting in a not cool way at all. Something about the way they're filmed makes you feel like. "Hey I'm sitting here watching someone be picked apart bit by bit. Doesn't that make me sorta sadistic?"

36561 Love Actually!!!

Person A:You're waiting for a train, a train that will take you far away. You know where you hope this train will take you, but you can't be sure. But it doesn't matter - because we'll be together.

36561 I'll never be able to properly express how good that movie was, like it just gets the cogs in your brain working!

36561 ARGH! Still haven't seen the rest of up! Saw the first 10 minutes or less and was siezed by a complete fit of tears.

I know what you mean. Some animated movies are a waste of money. Ex "Space chimps" but other like "Up" are what it's about

36561 Yes! It was definately more gothic! I felt like it was more like a Jane Eyre type, which is probably why I liked it so much.

Bronte over Austen any day for me!

36561 The movie is absolutely fantastic! It's one of the few movies I can quote verbatim!

36561 I don't know, it's like I just don't really like him, and there's no reason for it. Just like when you decide you don't like someone and you haven't really talked to them

36561 Yay! I was beginning to think I was crazy for loving it
Aug 24, 2010 10:01PM

36561 Oh, I hate it in the rare case that you read the book afterwards and ur like, "hmmm i prefered the movie" im always guilty when i do that.

It happened with "the Princess Bride"

36561 I know how that goes, the never ending reading list. It does just that, never ends..Ewww Colin Firth as Darcy? I can't picture it
Aug 24, 2010 09:57PM

36561 Omg! It's the best animated movie I've watched in a while! Steve Carrell plus any movie is usually a good combo!

36561 It was a book way before it was a movie. The movie didn't come out till the 2000's I think.
Aug 24, 2010 07:53PM

36561 It was great but with all the hype I don't know what I was expecting, but I was expecting more I guess.

You that tiger song will go down in history :P

36561 A.F. Make no mistake, I'm not really a Jane Austen fan, I've never even read Pride and Prejudice. The only Jane Austen book I've ever read is Sense and Sensibility, and let's just say I was forced to read that by the school system
