Today I watched my first ever Guido Brunetti movie from library loans. I've read every Donna Leon of the series so this was a treat!Additional surprise being English subtitled to German dialogue (though no mention of that on front cover).

That is my usual go-to as well William!
I dont have all my belongings with me, but found the Keira Knightley / Matthew McFadyen on the shelf so I enjoyed the variations that version offered... especially noting changes in Brenda Blethyn's role interpretation and the differences in portrayal of opulence .
We could do a group watch if you'd like .. feel free to share any other titles of interest. I have Persuasion, Emma and Sanditon on request from library wait list..
