Hey everybody, I didn't realize that this chat was here, or maybe I've been to busy with other challenges. lol

I love this challenge and am looking so forward to it. I had never even heard of Discworld until seeing it for this challenge so I guess I'll have to look it up. LOL

I am on team DEATH, so I assume that's an evil character in the series? Guess I'll find out soon.

Hope everyone has fun...now I need to go find where I can find the BOM/places to volunteer for DQ's and other pertinent info!

I've never read this book and I taught English to freshmen and seniors in high school; however, when my daughter (who is now also an English teacher and freelance editor) was in 5th grade she was reading it. I remember going in her room around 4:00 in the morning because I woke up and saw her light on and she was awake in bed finishing it. She couldn't put it down! Now it's finally Mom's turn!

I had to help my husband with some things and came back on to finish up but looks like someone else did it for me. Thank you everyone who helped!

I have loved this challenge even though it's a lot of work, especially for the captains. So thank you to the captain(s) for all the extra hard work you did!!!

I think we're good because someone (I think) removed a book from line 250, so we have an extra spot I believe. I'll not mess with any of mine and move one just yet but if I need to I certainly can.

OH shoot!

Looking over the SS, it appears that based on some others' posts that I CAN use a book multiple times for our special words (local, quality, neighborhood). I just want to make sure I can use them as many times as I can up to the number of foods I can use (ie. 4 food = 4 words; 8 foods = 8 words) as long as I have that many locations/pages, right?

I just don't want to screw up anything and make extra work for anybody!

Can we use one book more than one time for our words such as local?

Tammie, I went ahead and finished the last book for this challenge. I'll work on meals tomorrow. I can't keep up 3:00 AM hours but this is my 3rd night in a row doing that so I have to get to bed by midnight tomorrow night. Or a little after. lol

OK, I got that one done but I finished another book so I'll add the foods tomorrow to 275. 2:20 AM so I am off to bed. Goodnight all :)
