6. So, "Frigid", the book within a book being written by Dusty and edited by Charlie. Fan fiction or a brutal hatchet piece?
Fan fiction? Maybe? It's hard to say with only a short snippet, it all depends on where Dusty takes it. But I agree with Cat, one facet of a person's life isn't all that they are.
7. We get more of the backstory of Nora's life. Does this history give you hope for her future as well as explain her current attitude towards love?
Well, we always hope for the character growth and I hope she can find her version of a HEA. And I like the comments on what's wrong with not wanting kids. I chose that path, not all of my friends have and they are perfectly happy. One thing I don't like about the Romance genre in general is they almost all end in marriage and babies. That's changing thankfully. But not everyone's HEA is the same.
I think there is more to the Jakob story and with her panics/nightmares wondering where Libby is makes me wonder if Libby disappeared for a bit or if she was taken by child protective services until Nora could be deemed a fit parent.
8. Libby is at too much of a loose end - setting up a fake dating profile for Nora & everything!? What do you think this says about the sisters and their relationship?
That they both need to relax themselves. Libby needs to be okay with Nora not necessarily looking for a husband and babies. And Nora lets to let Libby be and stop overcompensating by tricking her into taken money.
9. So we've seen the failing business to be saved, been on a date to a karaoke night - are you enjoying seeing the Small-Town Romance cliches (and I loved that the song mutilated was the theme for that classic Small-Town, Second Chance Romance, Sweet Home Alabama!) being subverted?
OMG Blake the Blind Date was just something. It makes me glad I'm not out on the dating scene. I'm curious to see what happens with the bookstore.

Subtitles can be used or not used. I'm not sure Lexi has firm plans as to titles. She's a whiz at making things work. And I'll do my best to help her :)
But something that you can see being part of a sentence is useful.

1. The book opens up with the quote: When books are your life-or in my case, your job- you get pretty good at guessing where a story is going." Where do you think this story is going? Is this your first Emily Henry Book? Do you think it will be like any of the others if you have read them before?
Well, I think it's going to a place were Charlie and Nora enjoy naked time together. I'm also wondering if they leave the small town behind to live their dreams if the Big City and flip the Hallmark story a bit.
Henry has been on my radar as an author, but this is the first book of hers I've read.
2. Nora feels like she is losing Libby. She begins to notice all that they no longer know about each other, from Libby getting her ex's name wrong to the moments she has missed in the children's lives. Have you ever felt this way with a family member or friend? Did you ever do anything crazy to try to force the relationship back to what it used to be? How far do you think she will go to get this back with Libby?
I think it just naturally happens as life changes. Nora clearly has some issues stemming from their difficult childhood and is afraid she's going to loose her only family that's left. But things change as you grow as people. Change is just change, it doesn't make it a bad thing. Hopefully they can adjust and end up in a healthy place relationship wise.
3. Have you ever visited a place after reading about it in a book? If so, was it as you expected it to be? If you could visit any real place from a book, where would you go?
A few places but usually that was happenstance. Aside from a trip to PEI that my friend really wanted to take because of Anne of Green Gables. That was what I expected aside from a golf course next to every Anne of GG site, that I found as funny.
I would go to Prague. I've always wanted to go there and every time it pops up in a book, that desire is reinforced.
4. I loved the list so much and the banter between the sister over it. What is your favorite item on the list? What would you do to fulfill it?
Baking? Maybe the horse riding?
5. My favorite scene so far has been when Nora sends the message " What about Bigfoot erotica? .... As soon as I hit send, I snap to my senses. Why of all the words available to me is this what I said?” What’s your favorite scene so far?
I've enjoyed their banter so far. The Bigfoot erotica scene was pretty good and if you remove 'Bigfoot' and replace it with 'Dino' I've basically had that conversation with people in this group. LOL

If you can read for it, there are still a variety of genres we are looking for. Go take a peek in the Mythics planning thread and see if something works :)

I noticed your Stand in Place was marked read when I was checking books. Marked it on the spreadsheet :)
Also, I put your Captain's Fury down as a 4th in series and moved Jenn's book to on tbr list for over a year.

I was going through and checking books and saw you'd finished Incense and Sensibility. Went ahead and marked your date read on the spreadsheet for you :)

If we complete all the inspired by the muse tasks plus our team’s allocation for Battleships, we will be just under the limit (109%) of the cap before we get penalized.

I marked it down :)
