Top choices at the moment are:

Arthur & George (because rge/orge are hard to find books for)
Rth Rising (because rth continues the chain with only three letters)

I vote for Rth Rising - lowest amount of letters, and the number of overlapping letters may be really close at the end of the round so every letter matters

Alternatively, we could use TH from their book and R from Rizzio from the supply drop if anyone has a book that starts with THREE

That said, I like Arthur & George simply because the last letters are a little difficult to find a book with

Suppose District 4's book ends with EDR, which might be a bit difficult to find. We can use a book that starts with ED, and then use R from the supply drop books to complete our chain
