Thanx Kazen :) I got really lucky with it. I actually love this part of these challenges as well where we have to go through our never ending list of TBRs to find suitable books that we once upon a time added but never got to it, since I add books faster than I can read them. hehe

35559 oh at one point they call the hyena a dog.. does that count at a mention? in that case it would be 95 points in total.

Thanx Kazen. I finished No Ifs, Ands, or Bears About It (Grayslake, #1) by Celia Kyle - 12th June. It gets points for-->
- bear in the title- 20pts
- bear on the cover-10 pts
- Land animals in the book as characters- Parker (bear), Ty(bear), Thomas baker(bear), Griss(bear), robert (bear) [these are the hero, villain and characters who play imp. roles in the book plus they all shift into the animal form] -50pts
- Land animals mentioned in the book- Hyena, Wolf [these also are imp characters but since only 5 characters can be taken, i used these as mentions]- 10pts

That's a total of 90 pts ( hopefully nothing gets cut-off)

35559 a question.. what qualifies as a character? eg. just the hero heroine? or the antagonist? or anyone who is mentioned a lot?

35559 oh k so i don't think cat and tiger will work. here's d line - "In the end, he relented as her look of determination reminded him a bit of an angry cat trying to be a tiger."
pony, dog and horse were actual animals present.

35559 I finished reading Falling for Mr. Darcy Falling for Mr. Darcy by KaraLynne Mackrory yesterday -10th June. And suprisingly I found the words 'cat', 'dog', 'pony', 'tiger' and 'horse' in it. So that's 25 points! Hehe. I havent checked if anyone else has read it.

35559 can the animal be the same kind as long as the characters are different> for eg- a bear and a bear cub? is that taken as 2 or 1 since they are 2 diff. characters.

pragya, even i LOVE comparing books. infact when i recieve a frnd reqst thats the first thing i do. i hate that the app doesnt allow that feature.

35559 wow Kazen- six hours of interpreting...i feel tired just thinking abt it. lol.
i don't like British poetry or any poetry really but that's already done. i like novels and drama. i dont exactly have any unpleasant papers left. only German and aural viva left (though i get nervous and strt forgetting my answers during aural exams hehe)
