Mine will be finished tonight or early tomorrow.

I added a 500 page book that I'll read before the end of the month.
Corpies is currently used for the spellout but would work for the Chipmunk task for super powers. I wasn't sure if I should move it.

Suzanne wrote: "@Jackie - can you put About Last Night on your tt shelf? And wow - way to go knocking off that Chipmunk task!"That's not mine. Vi, I believe, read that one.

I was in high school geometry class when it was announced. The classroom I was in had a TV set so we watched live coverage until the end of class. Very surreal for sure.

Bully for you! I'm doing this other challenge, and my teammates are forcing me to only read really long books for it. I'll read mine when I get ..."Force you to read long books. Now why would someone do that to you? Lol
Nanci wrote: "Jacki,
I really enjoyed The Silent Wife. Once you start it, it should read really fast!"It was a fast read. Good story but I didn’t like any of the characters. They were all very self-centered.

Welcome to the team, Leslie and Andrea!

Hello team! I'm Jackie from North Carolina and have participated in several TT's. I'm retired from a career in IT management and have three grown children. Besides reading, I enjoy several types of needlework, especially crocheting hats and scarves for the homeless in my area. I am also a big sports fan, in particular baseball and football. I'll read almost anything and am addicted to challenges. Looking forward to playing TT with friends and getting to know everyone.

Just added one last book.

I'm finished for the round.

Probably finished for this round. My next book is pretty large so I doubt that it will be finished until next round.

I'm finished for this round.

I finished my last book for Round 1.

I'll finish an E this morning.
