@Sophie - I know it's for fun. It's just that reading was always an escape for me and I enjoy reading but lately the author's are not speaking to me as much. I have been into thrillers lately and that seems to work best for me (reading stand alone books).
Good Morning Guys, in an effort to contribute more I will be reading the back room buddy read and am currently listening to The Hunger Games (although I do not like audio books). Trying to get my reading mojo back. I'm stuck in slump city.
#7. Just Another Missing Person by Gillian McAllister finished today - It was alright but could have been better.

Hi Good Morning Guys,I'm Maritza, I live in NYC where the weather is cloudy and cool.
I love team challenges as they motivate me to complete more tasks and read more. My reading has been down this year and I just can't seem to get into a reading mode. My time has been more spent on Tik Tok watching.
I hope to be able to contribute and I will generally read any genre to complete a challenge but have been more into thriller / mysteries lately.

I was about to watch The Hunger Games movies this weekend. Now I have to try and do that before the end of the month. I would like a fan for my tent please.
4th book read
This is the second book I have read from the author and I enjoy the writing style and theme of the story.
The book flows very well and the characters are flawed and sometimes not likeable.
Doing better than I thought.

by Karin SlaughterThe 11th book in the Will Trent series. I really enjoyed the book and love the series. I have been thinking about giving the tv series another chance. I don't think the mc fits my imagined version of Will but am interested to see how the writing compares with the books.
