35559 Ok, I've been in a bit of a book slump lately, I like doing this book reading exchange and maybe it'll get me out of my slump. So I'm in.

1. What type of books do you mostly read? I mostly like romance and my preferences range from paranormal to historical and contemporary and the occasional steamy erotic type. I also like light mystery types, cozy mysteries are good too. Oh and I like funny paranormal books as well and time travel romances, oh and I wouldn't mind reading a book where the time setting takes place around Winter or Christmas.

2. What type of book would you like to have suggested by your not so secret Santa? I love finding out about new authors so someone I'm not really familiar with would be great, I'm also willing to read something recommended to me. That's how I've come across half of the authors I read now.

3. Would you like the secret Santa and possibly others to discuss the book with you? Oh yeah, I don't get to discuss what I read very often it'll be fun!

4. Would you be willing to discuss the book with the person you make a book suggestion to? Sure!

5. What is your age range:

B) (17 - 29)

6. On average how many books do you read in a year? As I said I've been in a bit of slump lately so I haven't been reading much the past few months, before my slump I was probably reading two or three books a month. So books I read in a year? Probably between 65-80 give or take a little, at least this year.

7. Do you want a book readily available from your local library or would you mind purchasing something new? I'd really like to have a book from the library, I'm kind of short on funds at the moment.

One more thing, if my choice is part of a series I usually like to read the books in order, just to be sure I'm not missing anything important. I also prefer paperback books if available.
35559 I'll have to put some thought into this, but I think I might be joining in. I'll have my choices up asap!

35559 This challenge sounds good, I may or may not join. Haven't been in much of a challenge mood lately guess I'm in a slump.

If I don't join happy early birthday Lisa Kay, I'm a September baby too. Hope you have a happy one!

Sounds intriguing Lisa Kay, I might have to see if I can find it. Thanks for the link!
35559 Scuse me Lisa Kay but what's Whedon-esque? Oh yeah I like the idea of a rancher who's a vampire seems like a rarity for a genre.
35559 Thought it would be just wanted to check though. Thanks Lisa Kay!
35559 Okay wanted to ask another quick question, found another Western book I wanted to read for this challenge the male character is a rancher but...he's also a vampire.

So would that be okay to read for this challenge?
35559 Been thinking about this for a couple of weeks, has anyone ever thought of doing a challenge like this but focusing it instead on hot men who carry guns like regularly? Like FBI agents, special ops group members, Police Men/detectives/sheriffs, or English spies etc?
35559 Thanks Lisa Kay, this is going to be fun and these will be the most western novels I've read, can't wait to really get going!
