I have downloaded it already because it look so funny.

1) Are things too hard? No, the challenges are good. For some of the different types I enjoy haunting for books that will fit. I have read a few things out of my normal genres and I really enjoyed them.
2) Are things too easy?
No,
3) Is your team getting bored?
I don't believe so
4) Is your team really enjoying something?
Personally I really enjoyed Book Bingo. That was a lot of fun
5) Any suggestions for improvement.
I have noticed that some people at read very fast are leaving other team members behind. In the future possible making some of the challenges longer in time.
