Hello Tammie, nice to see you again. Here is the recipe for you and Melissa. I hope you like. I also admit that yes, I am a hobbit and I like to cook.
It is for 2 servings
2 - 6 oz salmon fillets
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove of garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
*Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
*Mix olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
*Place salmon fillets skin side sown on the baking sheet. Brush the glaze on the fillets.
*Bake for 12-15 minutes, it should flake easily with a fork.
*let it rest for a few moments before serving. I like having it with a little rice and broccoli. If Maple is not to your taste you can use honey instead.

🏹 A bit about yourself
Hello! I am M from Vancouver, Canada. I live in my little hobbit hole with too many books and my cat.
🏹 History with challenges...what do you love about them?
I have participated in many challenges. Many of them allow me to broaden my reading horizons and pick something other than Fantasy or Science Fiction. Thanks to one of my recent challenges, I started to love cozy mysteries.
🏹 When will you check-in
Daily
🏹 Any fish tales? We are District 4, after all!
No fish tales, but I do have a great Maple Dijon Salmon recipe.
🏹 Have you read or watched the Hunger Games? Any favorite books in the series, characters, scenes, etc.
Neither. It is a grey area for me.
🏹 Any advice or questions for the team?
When you read always have on warm socks, a good cup of tea, and a comfortable spot for your cat. Snacks are optional.

Woo Hoo. Good job team. I also blame all of you for me adding about 25 book to my TBR. I hope you all have a Goode Yule and a wonderful New Year! Happy reading.

I finished my last book, but I can't add it to the SS on the app. if someone could mark it for me, I would appreciate it.

I added Love, Janis to the SS. I will finish Of Knights and Falling in Love by this afternoon. I will try to squeeze in one more short one if I can.

Fixed mine!

Shopping the library sale today for something new. Are we good for colour cover and round bonus? I can't access the spread sheet on the mobile app.

I am just wondering if anyone else has read any of The Bridgertons series by Julia Quinn. Did you like it?
Tammie wrote: "What do you all think...purple??
"There is quite a bit, I would say 50% purple and 50% brown

I will finish my last 2 books on time. If I can squeeze another in I will try.

Here in Canada our Thanksgiving was in October. I did have a nice little dinner of homemade curry and baked a pie.

I have filled in all the books I can cover for the next round. Can you tell I am going on vacation, well a staycation (LOL). I only have one that fits a color cover and I will search for musical genres in the books I have. If I have time I will read more.
Tammie wrote: "We do still need one more instrument on the cover book if someone is so inclined :)"I double checked the rules and for this round it can be any instrument as long as it is on the cover. I finished the book
The Lark and the Wrenshe is playing a fiddle on the cover. I will add it on the spread sheet

I have added the last few books I can finish by the time the round ends. This was a fun, but if I ever get the work Ukulele again I will scream.

I moved M's Lost Boy: The True Story of Captain Hook to Line 22 on the Spreadsheet to replace the L I won't get to."Thank you! I thought I accidently deleted it.

It is is foggy and pouring rain outside. My cat is laying by my fireplace. I have a pot of good tea and some cookies. I am going to curl up under a blanket and read for the afternoon. Hope everyone is having a good day.

I have a bunch of "U" books covered. I love Umberto Eco and will dive back into his works with no problem. If someone is looking for an interesting one with a 'U' may I suggest The Witches of Eastwick by John Updike, it is around 350 pages.

I would like to read this book
The Wolf DenWould the lyre (hand harp) count as an instrument or does it specifically need to be one on the list?

I posted my last book for the round and I add my books for next round to the SS tomorrow.

I added all the books that I finished while I am sick. I hope I will finish one more tonight.
