35559 Nice Beth!
I have one to finish (ebook) 😖 but have started an audiobook. The weekends tend to be slow for me, my boys are home from work so I try to hang out with the family😜 but I still squeeze in some me time☺️

Beth, I've love KU for Audiobooks! here are some of my favorites that shouldn't be missed :
Devoted by Dean Koontz Where the Forest Meets the Stars by Glendy Vanderah Regretting You by Colleen Hoover Left Drowning (Left Drowning, #1) by Jessica Park The Night Bird (Frost Easton, #1) by Brian Freeman

And sometimes you can borrow the ebook and get a discounted price on the audiobook! Especially Amy Harmon, Cherry Brittainy C. (contemporary, romance) Blake Crouch -Sci-fi

I have a ton more but have to run to the dentist! If you want more recs for KU let me know, i'm full of them :D

35559 I agree, I was checking out those masterpiece of spreadsheets earlier! I added my BOTM but don’t have any others lined up yet. I’m flexible and will fill in tasks and letters wherever needed. I had a book with Tiger in the title but no tags ... guessing we can’t use that. But I’ll keep looking 😉

I gave it 3 Stars. It was interesting for a Historical Fiction novel, just didn't have a spark to it. But I liked the characters and the storyline, just a bit long. And I wonder if the whole corona virus thing skewed my opinion. I read the ebook and listened to it on Scribd, and the audiobook seemed to help me get through it better.

Hey Marie! I've read 2 of your recommendations and enjoyed them. Along those lines I think you might enjoy The Island of Sea Women ,The Dutch House ( a little slow development) , Call the Midwife: A True Story of the East End in the 1950s (non-fiction but truly one of my favs), and a little book I came across on Libro- Crescendo: The Story of a Musical Genius Who Forever Changed a Southern Town (which is an inspirational story , written by the MC's grandson. )

I'll check out your other suggestions! Sounds like we have similar tastes :)
35559 I'll volunteer for DQ's for Team Motorcycle Diaries

35559 Hey y'all!

Didn't realize we were unfrozen and am so excited to see everyone here. New faces and some old (but not old , lol) faces too!

I'm Trinia and I live in rural Texas with my husband and 3 boys/ young men. My twins just graduated during our lovely covid period and my youngest is now a Senior. We have 3 dogs that keep me busy and a cat who sneaks around the too active dogs.

I'm an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist but am not working currently as we live far away from any therapy clinics or medical areas. So, I've been focusing on my boys. I enjoy reading (duh, lol) and running, which I find to be a good combination. Sometimes I can do too much of one or the other, but soon enough my family takes my attention back.

I love Wheelathon and have both Captained and Co-Captained various challenges, so I am excited to sit back and enjoy the ride this time. I read ebooks and listen to audiobooks of any variety, if it fits a challenge , I read it. My favorites are Mystery, Thrillers, Contemporary, Chick Lit, and Historical Fiction.

My Shelf is : Wheelin5

thank you to all who have accepted my friend request :D
