All About Wheel and Announcement
◈ Starts on 14 November and runs for FIVE weeks (ending 18 December)
◈ The start / end time for each round will be 9pm UK time
◈ Only books STARTED after the challenge begins can count
📚 Minimum page Count: 160
📚 Audio books: use default page count, if this is large print use next most popular book. If no printed or ebook, audio must be more than 4 hours and defaults to 160 pages.
📚 Books with MPGs Childrens / Kids / Poetry / Play / Graphic Novel / Illustrated / Photography / Art (or which have "Illustrated" in the title or an "Illustrator" contributor in the metadata) must have a verified word count of at least 40,000.

📚 Re-Reads - must have been at least Six months since last read.
📚 Books cannot be banked for future rounds.
Points System
◈ Books less than 160 pages = 0 points
◈ Books between 160 and 1000 pages = 0.1 points/page
◈ Books over 1000 pages = 100 points
(points will be rounded up/down from 0.5 as per standard maths)
Bonus Points
Each week teams can gain 5 bonus points if a book used in the spell out is:
- at least 50% the colour cover associated with the team's word - to a maximum of 25 points
- that has at least 10 shelvings that matches the week's shelf. The same shelf will be used for all teams. There is no maximum points for the shelving
Spell-Out
Spell out using the first letter in:
🔤 Title/ Series (definite/indefinite articles can be ignored)
🔤 Author First/Last Name
🔤 Character First/ Last Name/ Nickname - FICTION ONLY - (must be significant to the plot)
🔤 Narrator First/ Last Name - for audios only
🔤 Translator First/ Last Name - for translated books only.

Your placing at the end of round 2 gives you the option of certain additions to your meals to better attract Adult customers when you open in round 3.

That’s fine Laura. I’m going to spend some evenings this week to log our books and food and get rid of my “post-it” notes
Vinegar does pop up in the most random of places. Although this month with more kids we won’t need as much vinegar
