Going to double check on Grandma

For “speaking characters” who communicate through non-verbal methods and are integral to the story these can be counted. For animal characters if the story is being told through their POV then you can use them.
For titles such as Mr, Miss, father, grandma etc you need to use their name.
Nicknames are allowed if they predominantly go by that name.

Going on our sign up average of 80 books/ round we should be able to spell our word at least 6 times. This means we need:
D - 6
R - 12
I - 6
V - 6
E - 6
T - 6
O - 6
U - 18
L - 6

****Please make sure that when marking a book as complete on the spreadsheet you add a date read. We missed out on one book completion as this wasn’t spotted until minutes before deadline and missed being transferred to the official spreadsheet in time. ***
Great effort team.

Louise - I'm just finishing my book so I should be good for R3 right? I purposely waited to finish it until the timer ran out."
Perfect.

Going on the principle that cat on cover can be domesticated or wild I’d say a wild dog species counts for dog on cover - wolf, Fox, etc

ETA: Nevermind I see it'..."
Yes, Rina's working on the final placings. I've had a bit of a nightmare couple of weeks with RL emergencies so Rina has been on top of completions this round

No worries Sandy, hopefully once it's all done things can settle down for you.

1) Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix - does Phoenix count as animal word? Phoenix is a bird so no
2) [book:..."
Apologies Christina, normally we wouldn't use Pheonix for an animal but the rules for WAT are relaxed and they are looking for a word loosely based around the "fauna" of "flora and fauna" which in this case includes birds.

1) Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix - does Phoenix count as animal word? Phoenix is a bird so no
2) Two Boys Kissing - it's kind of hard to explain..." Looking at the preview of this it would work for an unusual point of as in the main It is written in 2nd person PoV, which in this instance is the community so yes.

Got a reply back, you can claim the first two novels, please post the default editions :)

We have 1 partial with the following needed to complete:
T, O, U, R, S

It basically comes down to the novella tagged on, whether you can use it as two books or one.

if I'm lucky the audiobook of HP5 will come through next week so there'll be Professor Umbridge at least (;"
And a poison tag

Oh well, at least we’ll have the ‘V’ well covered with Viv in The Sun Down Motel"
I haven’t started that yet, probably over the weekend.

Having looked at this Celia it looks like the two books that you’ve listed are the only full length novels in the omnibus. The other books of which there are four are short novellas although only three are published seperately. Just checking on whether you can claim the first two as seperate books.
Chocolate Vanilla Swirl 80pgs
In My dreams 50pgs
Hybrids 72pg
Dead Witch Talking has no seperate edition.

In an alphabetised list this would show under E’s a hyphenated last name is considered one name.

Can you link the book
