I got us one more spin but I don't assume we wil finish it unless people want to read short ones this evening:TT9 Monsters: The Luggage
Read a book with at least four legs on cover
Read a book that features someone following a character
Read a book tagged Travel (at least 10 times)
Read a book with the word "luggage" or "baggage" in text
Judith is correct. The books in both cases (Wheel and Teams spell-it-out) are 10 points plus bonus. The bonus is 5 points per wheel and 20 books per spell it out. The wheel points are for a set of 4 books and the 20 points are thus worth more as long as the word is less than 16 letters and worth less if more than 16 letters.
We have banked books for War and Goat and I will read a Italy book. Can people check for spear in text?
New monster: ChimeraRead a book that takes place in Asia Minor (Italy, Greece, Albania, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Egypt, Libya, Israel and Lebanon)
Read a book with the word "spear" in text
Read a book with MPG War
Read a book that features a lion, goat, or snake
When Rebecca's horse book is done, I will get us another spin.Otherwise, last non-monster task:
Tower Teams 4: 25 Days of Tower Teams
Read 4 books related to winter seasonal holidays (e.g. with a Thanksgiving Feast on the cover, or set during Diwali)
Jamie wrote: "I had just posted The Last Echo witch can be likely used for justice (stopping a serial killer) so victims can be at peace finally."Perfect, thank you
We got a repeat:TT9: Monsters: Virtues
Read a book with average rating 4.0 or higher
Read a book that is #7 in series
Justice - read a book that can be associated with Justice
Charity - read a book that can be associated with Charity
So many brand new tasks, we are finally getting monster tasks. Note that I will not be pulling logged/read books off letters unless it is one of the really hard tasks, which I bolded. TT9: Monsters: Tauntaun
Read a book with a white cover
Read a book with the letters ICE in title (in any order)
Read a book with a large domesticated creature on cover (e.g. horse, cow, donkey)
Read a book with set of at least three repeated letters in the title (example: THI is repeated in the title THIs THIng of Darkness)
TT9: Monsters: Virtues
Read a book with average rating 4.0 or higher
Read a book that is #7 in series
Justice - read a book that can be associated with Justice
Charity - read a book that can be associated with Charity
Thank you, bothNew tasks:
Tower Teams 9: Monsters - Great A'Tuin
Read a book with the night sky on cover
Read a book with all author initials in ELEPHANT
Read a book whose title starts with a letter from CHELYS (A, An, The count!)
I won't have time until this evening to check for banked books.
World of Wonders: In Praise of Fireflies, Whale Sharks, and Other Astonishments was a 5 star read for me and only a 3.5 hour audio (I read it, so I don’t know if the audio is any good). It is not poetry despite the tag and is lovely nature writing mixed with memoir.
For the second round of sloth, we still need:Read a book with the animal "platypus" in the text
Read a book with the animal "heron" in the text - not as a last name
Aoife, can you add Almost Adults to your TT shelf? When you do, I can get us new tasks as we will have finished the first round of sloth tasks.
Sammy wrote: "Lexi wrote: "I try not to specify mode of reading for people with auditory or visual limitations on format, but I like the picture."Maybe an "x amount of audiobook tags" task then?"
Good idea

The Master might be showing up earlier than that and I did not know that since I have not watched any of the newer seasons. Note made.
