completion post: on 5/5 I finished claimed by evangeline Anderson and give it 3 and a half stars. I have a hard time with most alien books. the sex sense were well written without taking up pages and pages, which was good, imo. I just feel like so much emphasis was placed on the sexual qualities of the aliens while overlooking so much more. it was a really good story line and the world building wasn't horrible, I just feel that the author could have done so much more.

I read grave witch by katalya price for urban fantasy. I finished book on 4/23. I give it three stars. I liked the world building and the character building, it also had great potential. however, I felt like the main character was just really stupid. like when you watch a movie and u see the dumb lady go into the dark basement? that's how I felt reading this

completion post: I finally finished sparrow hill road by Seanan mcguire. I finished the book on 4/20. I give it 2 and a half stars. I feel bad about it because I really love this author and I am sure this comes from my dislike of ghosts stories. I was also annoyed because rose was introduced in the series incripted and this book mentions that the Healy house is haunted twice but there is no other mention of them.

I am unable to edit my earlier post via mobile. I will try to do it on one computer tomorrow. and finish that silly ghost book I am having a tough time reading

completion post
I changed my strong heroine book to mortal heart by Robin Lefever and finished it today 4/19. I give it four stars and must say that I have enjoyed this trilogy much more then I had thought I would. I only gave it four stars because I felt that they could have done more character building for the main character and her lover. at the same time it is a young adult novel, do I can understand why they didnt. I really enjoyed learning about deaths hellequins as well.

completion post: I finished grave mercy for the guilty pleasures shelves. I give it four stars. I enjoyed the myths and legends of learning about the old gods. I think there should have been more character uilding in the court. I finished on april 14th.

yep. I accidently I read two books for aliens lol. my format may be different because I am on mobile. in the past while playing the leader generally posts a review of shelves towards tor beginning of the thread and adds on to it weekly

I don't think that I stated what my ghost book was. I am reading Sparrow Hill Road for ghosts. I am reading this slower then I would like, as ghosts are not something I read often.

oops the authors name for cress is Marissa meyer. and for free space I chose shadow's end by Thea harrison. it was on the group list. I give it five stars though I thought long and hard about taking away a star because it ended!!! I hate that lol. I really adore this series and the use of all different types of magical or fairy tale type creatures. I was a little confused about Liam being there though as I thought he went to school on an island out of reach from the rest of the world, from a short story I had read previously. the death in the ending made me want to cry....I won't give up any more details on that because I don't want to spoil it.

I am reading cress by Melissa Marr for the alien book and am almost finished with it. I can't remember the name of the author for my free space book. I am still on mobile so I will post this and then go check. has the new shelf been called?

oh oh oh shelf day!

I finished clean sweep on 3/28 and give it five stars. can I take away a star because the book ended? lol I love this writer(s)! I love the characters and the mystery of dina's parents. I love that the world building is slow but makes perfect sense.
