I saw someone's shelf on GR tagged 'book boyfriends' and, for some reason, I thought of a firefighter calendar π Don't ask, I've got no idea why. Anyway, that got me thinking of a book boyfriend calendar, one book boyfriend who beat out all others each month throughout the year of reading. I suck at picturing real people who'd be a good match for a book character, so that'd be out for me. But, what about you?
On the off chance that anyone likes the idea and wants a template, I found this at Canva - https://www.canva.com/design/DAGZ9d-M... (free account compatible). You can copy the design and edit it to your heart's content. If I were to use it, I'd replace the large month # with a book cover (or picture of someone, if you've got someone in mind whoβd be a good match).
If you make one of your own, please share with the class π Feel free to share your book boyfriends, calendar or no, throughtout the year. Happy reading throughout 2025! May you fall for many a book boys π

Good lookin' challenge plan! Happy gamin'!

So, hereβs the board and pieces. What would you assign to each piece of your challenge? Would you run it for a year, a month?
Some ideas to get your creative juices flowing β¦
- # of pages read in a sitting/day
- length of time spent reading
- different genres read
- alpha breakdown for author names, series or titles
- format read (paperback, kindle, audio, etc)
- mix & match

Enjoyed reading along with y'all! Hope you can join us again in the future.
Happy Christmas & New year! ππ₯
