She adjusted the E string back to normal.

"Thanks!" Aliana looked down at her guitar. "I need to re-tune this."

Aliana looked up at him, her face serious. She smiled at him.

Aliana hit the last note and let it ring. "Call!" She muted her guitar by placing her hand over the strings.

Aliana didn't notice anything else, just her fingers flying up and down the neck. THIS is what she was born for.

((...Let's get through this first.))
About fifteen seconds in Ariana set off, killing.
Two minutes later, the dream part. The long, fast solo.

"I was born ready. Your solo." Ariana looked down at her frets. '
1, 2, 3, NOW!'

Ariana grinned. She positioned her fingers.
((Which song?))

Ariana walked back to her guitar. She picked it up.

Ariana nodded, her face changing quickly back to it's usual pale.

Ariana turned rather red. "Okay."

Ariana began to blush, for reasons unknown to her. "But this is our recording station..."

Ariana grinned and tried to hide it. "All right." She took out a notepad from her pocket and jotted it down. She ripped off the page and gave it to Andy.

Ariana looked up at him and struck the note again after a moment's hesitation.

Ariana put her fingers into a weird position and hit two strings. A golden note came out.

Ariana shrugged, smiling. "Touche." She looked up at him.

Ariana plucked her E string. It made a deeper, bass sound. She grinned. "Boy, do I love drop D."

Ariana walked into the sound room and put down her case. "Sorry I'm late. Again." She unsnapped her case and pulled out a wonderful Ibanez 3-30. She strapped it on and started tuning. E down to drop D. She finished and went through a glass door. She plugged in to her amp and turned it on.

Ariana got off the greyhound bus, holding her black leather guitar case. She walked over to a small building with a rusty sign saying
Reborn. She opened the door and entered. "I'm here."
