Night Shade Books is offering 3 of its books available for free download. http://www.nightshadebooks.com/downloads
Looks like this one is viewable on the web only. And I think it will only be available for a month. http://browseinside.harpercollins.com...
http://www.harpercollinsebooks.com/eos10They are offering a free book a month. But from what I can tell the book is only available for that month. This is the first month of the offer so I'm not sure on this fact. You will have to sign up to download and it looks like a purchase and they give you a coupon code to use to make it free. Not the best way to do it but the choices should be interesting.
http://www.tor.com/Tor is offering a contest and a free ebook. The only catch is every week the book is different. The sooner you sign up for the mailings the more you get. This will be running for a limited time. Once the contest is over, I'll take down this listing and add a new one if they offer free books full time.
Baen books offers many of its books free on the web. You can find them at http://www.baen.com/library/
or fill each post with links but no information about the link. Also do not list sites that have pirated editions of books.
Random House is offering this book available for download. http://www.beautifulchildren.net/read...The dates it is available are 2/27/08 to 2/29/08.
